Tariffs include gas supply, shared use of washing machine, swimming pool, wireless internet connection.
Tariffs not include electricity supply, which will be paid at the check out based on what is actually consumed.
You must add the price of your stay:
>> Final cleaning of the apartment € 40,00.
>> € 10,00 for bed and bath linen per person. For each additional change of linen the price is € 10,00 per person.
Conditions
During high season the minimum stay is one week (Saturday to Saturday), while in other periods the minimum stay is four days.
The booking of the apartment will become effective upon payment of the deposit which is about 20% of the total price. The deposit must be paid by bank transfer.
The payment must be made in cash upon arrival or on subsequent days.
